Simple footcare advice:

 

1. Wash your feet every day and dry them thoroughly

2. Apply a moisturizing cream to any dry skin areas

3. Make sure that shoes and hosiery fit correctly and give adequate support

4. Change shoes and hosiery regularly

5. Inspect your feet for any cuts or discolouration

6. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, avoid using corn and verruca remedies unless under supervision from a doctor or podiatrist

7. See a podiatrist
